What is the order process? Quote - We create a proof - Confirmation - Payment - Print and Delivery

What is the minimum order quantity? We can accept as little as one label for our Digiprint process, 100 for our thermal transfer process and 1000 for our Flexographic Press.

How long will it take for my custom label order to arrive?  Once approved, standard delivery is 5 working days.

My order is urgent I can't wait 5 days, can I have it earlier? Please contact us and we will try to accommodate.

I need help with my artwork.  Can you help? We can help you with your artwork and design, we can do simple graphic designs for FREE or we can recommend graphic designers at low cost who are familiar with our print services.  Please see our artwork specifications page for more information.

I do not have artwork yet, is it still possible to get a quote? Yes, for all printed labels all we need to know an approximate size, material, quantity and number of print colours.

How do I work out how many labels to have on a roll, so it will fit in my printer? It is difficult to work this out yourself, we have a built programme that calculates it, please contact us with the label depth, core size and maximum roll OD (overall diameter).  To find the accepted core sizes and maximum roll OD for your printer, find your machine specifications and look under 'Media'.  If you don't have your machine specifications just google search or contact us with the make and model of your thermal transfer printer. We are happy to help, the specifications are usually easy to find.

Can I come and discuss my stickers?  Yes, please phone for an appointment at our premises in Pukekohe.  We are open Mon-Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm. We will let you know what information we would like you to bring with you.

I've got my quote and want to proceed, what do I do next?  Simply send us your confirmation email or phone to go ahead, we will send through a proof for your approval, along with printed samples if required on our digital methods or sample materials to be trialled.  Once approved, standard delivery is approximately 5 working days.

Whats the difference between spot colours and four colour process (CMYK)? Spot colours such as Pantone (PMS) colours are specially mixed individual ink colours. Process colour is 4-colour (CMYK) that uses varying percentages of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and (K)black inks to reproduce colours.

Will the colour look like what I see on my screen?  It is unlikely to be an exact match to your screen as all monitors are calibrated differently.

Will my stickers match the colours on my other printed products/packaging?  There are many different print processes and substrates. Materials, inks and print methods chosen all play a role in colour matching.  We aim to obtain the closest match possible to your CMYK or PMS colour and you can send us your already printed products and we will endeavour to achieve a close match.

Is it possible to see a printed sample before I proceed with the order?  Yes, for all digital printed labels we recommend sending a printed sample prior to proceeding with your order if this is the first run to ensure you are happy with the result.  For flexographic printed labels, we are unable to provide printed samples, but can send material samples to trial.

Is it possible to trial the material first to ensure my label sticks?  Yes, we strongly recommend you test the label in application and will supply free experimental samples.

Can I see samples of all the various print methods you offer so I can decide which print method I like best?  Yes, we can send sample packs of each print method.

I have lots of various sticker designs all on the same size can I get a quote for the total amount?  Yes, depending on what information changes within your label, we can offer a total quantity print price and charge a small variant fee

How do you deliver? Can I pick Up? We ship by courier or post, anywhere in the world.  We allow pickups from reception between 8.30am - 4.30pm.

What measurements do you work in? We work in mm - 10mm = 1cm

What is the biggest size sticker that you do?  The largest / biggest size that we do is dependant on the print method.  For thermal transfer, 110mm x 350mm.  For Digiprint, 600mm wide by however long you want.  For Flexographic Press, 230mm x 405mm.
